Prep 3 have been trying to decide who would be most deserving of a statue in #Sheffield city centre. Suggestions involved Joe Root, Tony Foulds, Michael Palin, Jamie Vardy, Michael Vaughan, Joe Cocker, Helen Sharman UK, @NHSSheffieldCCG staff and Captain Sir Tom Moore #sheffieldissuper 🗽
So I’ve popped back to say hello, share what matters to me today and then say goodbye until September. Covid has changed me beyond belief but today what matters is my husband Jon Gillgrass and my 2 boys and we’re going to learn to live again!
Off they go ready to start new school years and learn what the “new norm” is at school. Grateful to Birkdale Prep School and Birkdale School for all the support over the last few months.
Strategic planning fails if managers have a calculating not committing style; they need to engage people, have enthusiasm and lead to involve all. Makes sense from Henry Mintzberg Harvard Business Review @cassbusiness
Thanks to Jon Gillgrass for setting up my new desk and chair, ready for some “strategic” studying for the next Executive Masters in Medical Leadership module. Shame about the view of the skip and the building site that is the house currently.
3 more sleeps until Jon Gillgrass runs his Virtual TCS London Marathon to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust . If you can spare a few pennies please head over to uk.virginmoneygiving.com/JonGillgrass
Well done Jon Gillgrass ! Fantastic effort!
So over the weekend the boys have made sure Kirsty Gillgrass is watching over them. They have put pictures on their walls and each have one of her favourite paintings in their room. Also put her Royal College of General Practitioners Fellowship & Membership Certificates & photo up
A lovely tribute in today’s The Star, Sheffield . We will say goodbye tomorrow, but she will not be forgotten. #WearpinkforKirsty thestar.co.uk/news/people/co…
