1. NEW #MetaAnalysis now SportRฯiv. On average, boys are physically stronger than girls, even before puberty. At all stages of development, the sex difference in strength is more pronounced in upper- than lower-limb muscles. This pre-print is currently undergoing peer review.
This is such an important perspective. It communicates what I've always thought about REDs, but is written in a way that I never would/could have managed. Hat off to Asker Jeukendrup and co-authors.
