The RESCUE BT Trial assessed tirofiban in ischemic stroke pts undergoing endovascular therapy. Results showed no improvement in 90d mRS and increased radiological ICH. Trend towards benefit in large artery atherosclerosis subgroup. More studies needed. #NCSPharmJC Neurocritical Care Society
