I live about 10 miles from a nuclear power plant, and, surprise, this morning was their annual long siren test. That got my blood flowing!

I’m on the way to Tampa to meet my new team for our end-of-year staff retreat, and I’m excited to read Tyrone McKinley Freeman’s book!

I’m about to start day 2 of extroverting hard AF. Yesterday was exhausting, so I’m starting today with some meditative stretching for my Wednesday extroverting marathon. My coworker is the most gracious host, and gave my other coworker and I the cutest welcome gifts.
