Great news Everybody. St Conleths Park refurbishment will now cost €12m and not the €10m initially feared . Paddy the Plasterer , lead contractor for the works also states that it will now take 18 months and not 12 months for the shit show to be completed.

We've received loads of questions as to why the Conleths Park redevelopment is delayed. In reality the construction company are refusing to come on site until the toilets under the stand are cleaned. And that's a 6 months job in itself .
