Montreal used to be Canada’s biggest city. I grew up in a Montreal greatly diminished by the threat of sovereignty. We lost head offices & hundreds of thousands of people to Toronto. Businesses & people want stability & continuity. The sovereignty act is bad for Alberta & Canada.
