I realised that out of 100% of the people I met around my age before I turned 16 almost 60-70% have moved out of the country. Actually includes my own cousins as well.

I realised the only thing that I have some usage for on iPhone that I won’t be able to use on android is shortcuts. That’s it.

The biggest problem with this broker situation is that everyone is a broker. One flat will have at least 2 brokers attached. This makes their brokerage low, and to compensate, they increase rents. This keeps pushing rents up even though the house prices are the same.
