Today is my birthday in Australia, thanks to Air Canada stellar planning I’ve been on this trip since Saturday. I’ll be spending it in the Brisbane airport because I missed my earlier connection due to a Korean Air delay. Thanks to Virgin Australia that’s been great so far

Toronto-Adelaide on Air Canada. Flight to Vancouver canceled after 3 delays. Rebooked via Seoul, arrived late in Brisbane, stuck 8 hrs. 24+ hrs late with 10+ extra travel hrs, excluding airport wait times. $1000 compensation for missed conference,meetings, & opportunities?
