Dr. Sserunjogi Emma You can try to defend the obvious even if the guy has evidence from one of the biggest referral hospitals in Uganda ( #mulago) that indeed one kidney is missing but atleast awareness has been made to the public not like those days mbu postmortem.

What would do if your found out that your partner is cheating on you with your friend? confront your friend? Your partner? Or quit the relationship?
