What is the goal of internships? Is it to train students? To get cheap workers to get stuff done? Amy Miller tagged me in a question on LinkedIn (thanks!) and here's my take, as someone who has hired many interns, and almost all those interns returned full-time.

My old tried and true trick: `background: url('client-comp.png`) no-repeat 50% 0;` Underlays the comp beneath my work-in-progress rough pass code to start tightening things up. Note: I bristle at "pixel perfect", but this can be a good tool when getting things in place.
