CATCHERS-WANT TO THROW BETTER? FOUR THINGS 1) Increase low intent throwing volume. More high lob long toss reps. You can always finish with pull downs/compression throws. 2) During catch play, start with the ball in your glove so you are working on both the transfer & the throw.
