Finally, surgery later this month! Will get 3 new plastic disc in my neck, need 4 but they normally only do 2 at a time.

Gonna do some graphing with the stenosis, and then pin/screw it together. Wear a collar about 8 weeks. Fingers crossed all better.

After all healed gonna get a new disc in lower back L5 seems to have lost it's disc somewhere! It's nowhere to be found, kind of odd.

Maybe then I can get back to biking ang hiking. I want to camp soooo bad!!!!
