Today in our English lesson we have been using descriptive language to write our own poetry. Here are some of our fantastic Siegal's performing their poetry.

We turned out the lights and added some music to create an atmosphere as we read our poems tot the class.

In tomorrow's lesson, we will be using language to 'shift the mood' in our poetry.

In therapy, as in life, some people need a kick up the arse, and other people need an arm round the shoulder. I think this depends much more on personality than it does on diagnosis. Either approach can work. #mentalhealth
