FINAL: Canisius 2, St. Mary’s 1 in 8 innings as the Crusaders walk off with the Game Three victory and the semifinal series win. Next: Georgetown Cup three-game championship series at Sal Maglie Stadium in Niagara Falls to determine the Pete Schneider champ. Game One is Wed.

Bases loaded, two outs, two strikes, score tied in extra innings of the deciding game, & Nicholas Scime ’26 sends CHS to the Georgetown Cup final. Scime, of Amherst, beat out this single to the screaming delight of CHS and its fans for a 2-1 win over St. Mary’s in 8 innings.

The boys got it done after losing game one 14-2 Georgetown cup champs! Pitched game 2 to turn the tide in the series and won 2-0 7 innings 82 pitches 4 hits 3 strikeouts So proud of the guys!
