I’m super excited that SHOP4CF and @Fraunhofer_IFF are supporting the #ISO/TC299 #Robotics plenary meeting in Berlin! Lots of interesting discussions regarding #safety and #validation of collaborative robotics applications.

1 year after the COVR has officially finished, we are still working to bring our #robot #safety #validation protocol into #standardization. The ISO/TC 299 meeting in Berlin and hosted by @Fraunhofer_IFF further discussed the upcoming ISO/PAS 5672.

Here it's really important for stakeholders such as the European Commission, euRobotics, Horizon Europe 🇪🇺 Robotics & AI - EU to understand how long #standardization takes, and to appreciate realistic impact generated in EU projects.

I was very impressed with the preparations made by the SDU in Odense for #ERF2023 in March (13-16). I was there as part of the euRobotics Board to review the site and I’m happy that it all looks so good! My tip: Do the lab tours!
