I like the taper. It’s a dress rehearsal for many of the challenges presented in the first 18 miles. • Containing nervous/excited energy. • Not hammering on fresh legs. • Thinking through, but not overthinking, big decisions. • Dialing in nutrition. Great opportunity, imo.
