Guys, its time to take a hard look at ourselves. If you have been putting off therapy, go. If you are drinking alcohol, cut back. Take a walk, maybe go to anger management therapy. Encourage your friends to do the same. Don't wait until it's too late and too close to home.

finally got to the listen to the new versus album “ex voto” and it’s magnificent. our rehearsal space was above theirs when we started out, and i’d listen throught the floor. always so good. loveliest people too.

There was extreme election interference in the #UKElection. It didn't come from the Russians. It didn't come from the Chinese. It came from the billionaire class and its political/media lackeys. And it was perfectly legal.

A fond farewell to Yeasayer. They went out with dignity, grace, and the humility to forego a crass, mercenary, farewell tour. They said "Amen & Goodbye" one album ago, and returned for an "Erotic Rerun." That rerun was a bit shorter than we anticipated, but at least we got one.
