Dinny’s Dromineer Trout simply cooked in olive oil and butter, finished with a squeeze of lemon. No need to complicate things. Nicest trout I’ve had in 18 years in Dromineer. Thanks Dinny

I didn’t see Tipp v Limerick yesterday as work got in the way. Just watched it twice today. Great game, physical,fast and no shortage of skill, overall a fair result imo, both teams feeling either could’ve won.Hurling fans the biggest winners..brilliant Munster championship
