Iv been with Three UK for many years and only had a conversation to continue with the contract weeks ago only to be told I’m now getting charged daily when abroad! I was NOT told about ,other wise I wouldn’t of continued! Thanks a lot Three UK what shocking service! #lostcustomer

So how have other networks managed to not have such charges for roaming ? And it’s fine putting it on your website but why was I not informed when I agreed to continue the contract not long ago ? #NotOn
