There is no confusion Adam, I have been an Ocado customer for 20 yrs so know how the system works. No slots from 6am on the day i was told to book & customer service won't allow me to raise a complaint. hence twitter. Ive been checking website hourly, still no slots in my area

DON'T GET A SMART METER! @OVOenergy say it's 45 working days - that's TWO MONTHS - before i can get my new meter working. Ovo has installed one facing the ground! so it can't be read & doesn't connect. Until then my bills are estimated. I am really shocked #smartmeter

Looks like i am not the only one finding it absolutely impossible to get through on the @AXAhealth phone lines. It is absolutely impossible. How can i get to speak to someone? I have been trying for TWO DAYS. I need to start a claim for my daughter & online service won't work
