When working with a regional and national network I cannot stress the importance of in person meetings even if only annually. Getting to know someone in person makes it easier to pick up the phone and work together. #YPNchat_conversationRJP

Move laterally. Early on in my career I was trying to climb the ladder and getting frustrated. Then I was told to try moving laterally and have learned from a variety of lateral positions that will help when I get to where I want to go.

Be curious. I love that Ada Bello. So important to question why we do things a certain way to find innovative solutions.

Keep in touch and see what they are doing. Maybe something that they are working on is something you can help on or vice versa. #YPNChat_ConversationRJP
