Felt good during mid week bullpen today. Worked on my fastball command and incorporating off speeds next week. My fastball was 84-86. Getting ready for Perfect Game Main Event in a few weeks. Arm is feeling love with more in the tank. Excited to be down in Florida soon!

Been putting a lot of time in the weight room. Hit a new PR of 510 pounds on deadlifts today for three. Body feels great and excited for more great results this offseason.
