Hello Collinson, supposed to be leaving for my flight, where is my, now very late, pre-flight RT-PCR result? I cannot book alternative option to resolve, as my destination only accepts RT-PCR, so if you don't provide the promised service, my whole trip is out the window.

Nearly 60 hrs since my "48-hour" PCR test Collinson, changed to later flight, still no test result, no email updates, no response to 2 escalations. Cannot switch to rapid test; destination requires RT-PCR. Can you tell your customers what is going on? #pcrtest #CovidTesting

Really bad customer service O2, going round in circles with your multi channel approach (web, voice rec, sms, ivr) and got put through to the wrong team, the opposite of what I needed. Throwing all channels to your customers at once is not 'omni channel', its just chaotic!
