Our latest work is on bioRxiv, biorxiv.org/cgi/content/sh…. We reported Polycomb activates gene expression in the brain, and patients with AUTS2 mutations phenocopy mutations in CBP/P300 and share features with Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome. Huge thanks to my co-authors.
