A very special day! Teaching at Cypress Creek was an amazing experience. Thank you Joe Green for your exceptional leadership!

I am so proud that Stacy chose to become a teacher! Every day, as educators, we have the opportunity to inspire our students to follow in our footsteps.

One of the first items I pulled out of the Time Capsule was a sign that read " Koslow's Cool Cats". If you expand the attached picture you'll see it. Great memories!

So the students in this picture are really cute! The teacher... hmm..his hair had not quite moved on from the 80's yet. 😄

Crews began installing hand sanitizers at the main entrance of schools, as well as in all 900+ of our buses to prevent flu & coronavirus. This process will take a few days. We are also hanging flyers on campuses showing proper cleanliness procedures. Be prepared, not scared.

Excellent visit at Foster Elementary School this morning! Students were actively engaged and it is evident that students are owning their learning. Keep up the great work and look forward to future successes.

Consistent small group instructional practices taking place in every classroom visited at Oak Park Elementary. Students were able to articulate the daily objective and demonstrate how to successfully meet content-based expectations. A system of care is evident at Oak Park!

This evening, The Hillsborough Board of County Commissioners voted to increase school impact fees, which will help our district properly plan for population growth. Our district is grateful to commissioners for voting for this much-needed funding.

It's been an honor to work alongside Ray Bonti and the HASA Board in support of our amazing Hillsborough Schools Leaders! True advocates for students!
