I get wanting style points and a bigger margin of a victory and all but the Steelers' win over the Colts today was pretty much an ass-whooping, folks.

I didn't say to solely rely on them and the defense has played well this half. If you think that's the problem of the first 30 minutes, you're watching a different game.

Allowing St Brown to pitch this ball after getting driven from the goal line to past the 5 yard line is just horrendous officiating. If Ramsey had slung St Brown to the ground he'd have gotten a late hit.

it's hilarious to me that people think the Steelers lost the game because they strategized how to keep Myles Garrett from sacking the QB hint: the Steelers have even less of a chance to win if Myles Garrett is out here sacking Aaron Rodgers left & right

Alex Kozora (@alex_kozora) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Anyone who thinks Pittsburgh's plan was different should articulate it. Did Pittsburgh chip Garrett significantly more? Boot away from him more often? Pay him more attention than past games? To me, all those answers are "no."

One smart team opted not to take the narrative bait on Mike McCarthy, explore the facts at its disposal and make him its new head coach, writes Conor Orr: si.com/nfl/mike-mccar…

Frank Michael Smith (@frankmikesmith) 's Twitter Profile Photo

All the Steelers fans whining and complaining about Mike McCarthy need to relax. This teams needs 2 things. A coach who can call a top 5 offense and develop QBs. He's proved he checks both boxes. This is not about him being from Pittsburgh or reconnecting with Aaron Rodgers

If the Pacers waited till the offseason, lost Mathurin to free agency, and fell to 7th in the draft, I think trading that pick & 2029 for Zubac would be an easy call. They essentially found a creative way to execute that move now. Smart move.

Wes Reynolds (@wesreynolds1) 's Twitter Profile Photo

The Pacers clearly see Peterson, Dybantsa, Boozer, Wilson as the top 4. Flemings, Brown, Ament, Acuff, Wagler, Philon, Arenas, Burries - a bunch of guards and wings probably go 5-10 and they don’t help them. It still has some great risk.

The last five Super Bowl winning teams, accounting for the past seven championships, got their quarterbacks via: Trade Free Agency Free Agency Draft (after going 12-4 and winning a playoff game) Draft (second-round after going 9-7)

The more I've thought about the Ivica Zubac deal to Indiana, the more I love it for the Pacers. He solves the rebounding issue that the team had last season, and is a monster interior defender on top of being an elite screener. Literally everything they need.
