April 2025 - we explore #Patagonia to find and photograph Mountain Lions / Pumas. This is a small group photo tour where I drive an SUV with 3 guests and the guide drives one with 3 guests. A max of 6 passengers on this experience of a life time. #ToeholdPhotoTravel

#Bandhavgarh was one of the first central Indian forests I befriended over 17 years ago. The mixture of ancient ruins, grasslands, sal forest, remarkable Tiger encounters and the lovely bunch of guides and drivers in the tourism industry makes this one place I love to go again

This beautiful young #Tiger you see in the first two pictures has been the daughter of the beauty you see in the third. They have been the family that has helped us enjoy #Bandhavgarh over the last few years. I look fwd to seeing her again in late November. #ToeholdPhotoTravel

In the game of thrones in #Ranthambhore this queen has always been one of my favourite for the last 10 years. Though she's on her way out I can't help remember her glorious days between 2016-22 where she held the title of the Lady of the Lakes Love Arrowhead. #ToeholdPhotoTravel

#Costarica is famous for it's #Toucans and this remarkable beauty is known as the Chestnut-mandibled #Toucan. I photographed this in the low-land rainforest area of the region close to Nicaragua. This bird is also referred to as the Yellow-throated Toucan. #ToeholdPhotoTravel

People often ask what's the best place in India to photograph #Tigers. #Ranthambhore it has been for me hands down. Your experience may be quite different. Would love to know!

Seronera valley in central serengeti, #Tanzania ranks number one in my life of places where I can spend some time photographing #Leopards. Don't just swipe across and miss the little fellow in the third picture. I took 20 seconds to spot him standing at his pinnacle.

One reason why I am an admirer of #Bandhavgarh is the tremendous opportunities of male Tigers. Since 2006 when I first ventured out here I have always observed the interesting fact of Male tiger photo opportunities being a bit more than others. Wonder why?

Nearly 15 years ago, I discovered the possibility of traveling to the remote wilderness of #Kamchatka in #Russia to photograph Brown Bears upclose. It's a paradise and I hope to relish being here for years to come. In 2025 we travel to Kamchatka in August. #ToeholdPhotoTravel
