Spent this past weekend at Manhattan Baseball evaluating and helping develop player plans for every pitcher! Included in the eval was also a mobility and range of motion assessment. When creating a development plan, it’s important to have clear objectives and the “why” behind it.

Today, our hearts ache for the lives lost 23 years ago. We especially remember our very own Joseph Coppo '75 who served as team captain for his senior season in 1975. That season, Joe led us in ERA (3.32), innings pitched (46.2), and slugging percentage (.493). We miss you Joe.
