Why is Figma sleeping on connector lines? I swear everyone copies them over from Figjam but they’re super janky when you do that. They don’t connect to what you want to, etc. Seems like such a small lift. Maybe next year…? 🤷

Component updates aren’t pulling in to any files Figma - are you aware of the issue?

The worsening Figma performance has been driving me crazy all year. I've been trying to figure out ways to fix whatever is happening, nothing works. A new file with just 9 layers, somehow has 2,614 layers. I give up 🥲

If you open any leadership book it says the same thing. But, most leaders don’t and won’t do that.

I'm a big fan of the "GPS Theory" when you miss a turn, your GPS doesn't judge you, it recalculates. No matter how many detours you take, it finds another way forward. Life works like that too. You'll make mistakes, but your destination doesn't vanish. The route just changes.
