What you cannot create, you do not understand.

As a creative, I feel so blessed to know what I know now about taking an inner deep dive, understanding me and keep learning more and more about me, what makes me tick and what I love. I am a lifelong learner and will always be.

You got the Monday blues because it requires discipline to make it to Friday successfully, feeling proud of yourself. But it can be done...and you know that.

A creative process demands consistency and discipline from the artist. As you can see my last post was 3 weeks ago and my post before that was a day before ...my creative process is consistently random, this is my discipline 🤭

Asking for advice is scary...but it's also where the hidden gem 'growth' is found. Putting yourself out there asking for help, will deflate the ego. So I did just that, I had 2 meetings this week w/ 2 potential business coaches! Lets see how I grow y'all ⬆️ I'm so proud of me!

Finding gratitude is a skill and needs to be practiced. At the end of your day share your #wins and #gratitude with yourself, or write it in your journal, or share with your partner. Every night. Repeat. This expands your reserve to receive more blessings.

As I am writing, I'm sending a prayer to the Universe that I am a writer; singing, playing the guitar is a prayer that I do this and want more of it; investing time and energy into my biz is sending a prayer that I want to learn and grow. Everything we say and do is a #prayer.
