Latest from my PhD: link.springer.com/article/10.100… We dehydrated participants by 5% BM and rehydrated them either gradually (24h) or rapidly (2h). Overall, we found differential responses in NM function & corticospinal excitability after dehydration & subsequent rehydration strategies.
