Swiss Intl Air Lines Horrendous customer service! Paid for economy max seats, charged my card then said my seats were not confirmed. I have the email saying confirmed but now they won’t honor it. Great way to treat your United Airlines star alliance gold customers! #Avoid

Hi United Airlines, loyal customer here. One unplanned overnight layover and one flight cancellation later, I should not have to visit baggage 4+ times and beg three separate people to try to get the bag that has my urgent medication. Still don’t have it btw!!

Joseph Michael WestJet .This one is egregious but Delta really did me dirty a few weeks ago with IT outage CrowdStrike cancelled multiple flights, got stranded twice ….thousands of out of pocket expenses….couldn’t get me home for 7 days from scheduled return…had to buy a full one way on United Airlines

United Airlines Y'all really took advantage of a health crisis, and your policies on refunds are clearly a means of tricking people out of their money. You even went out of your way to maximize wasting my time with the promise of a refund. I'm so disappointed with this airline.

.United Airlines Business class for short flights under 3 hours is dead. It’s a slightly larger seat, nothing more. 0.5 ozs of pretzels for my extra $300 so my knees are not in my chin. Be better #UnitedAirlines
