Passover is one of my favorite holidays. Some of my best memories include going to my Grandma Anne's apartment in Brooklyn for Seder. Tonight, this great tradition continues as Vice President JD Vance and I host a Seder in our home. We wish all those celebrating a Happy Passover.

I had the privilege of visiting Cornell University's pyrolysis kiln, the largest research kiln of its kind at a U.S. university. This machine converts waste into usable, efficient biomaterials, contributing to our efforts to mitigate climate change.

During my visit to Cornell CALS, I spoke with students about the programs Dept. of Agriculture provides to support farmers and rural communities in achieving sustainable growth, adopting climate-friendly solutions, and building the next generation of agricultural leaders.

Thank you to the students and faculty at Cornell CALS for showing me around. Whenever I meet with students, I am always impressed by their creativity and unwavering determination to use their academic pursuits to create positive change.
