This is why I’m closing my practice. My lease is up. No way am I tying myself to another one, and there’s no business case to move to one of the many clinics looking for doctors. The responsibility is heavy. I have given up hope for help carrying it, so I have to set it down.

I am sorry to see that despite years of talk, gender inequality is on full display at the #UNGA General Debate. Less than 10% of speakers this week are women. This is unacceptable – especially when we know gender equality delivers for peace, climate action and much more.

Actually true for adults too. I use my e-bike a lot to get to places and get so much pleasure in everything I see and experience along the way. I often take the longer way to have more pleasurable experiences & get away from vehicles. I would never drive for an extra 10 minutes.
