Ima say it again. A year ago I was almost 400 pounds & couldn’t lift 135 on bench press. Today I’m 235 & just hit my personal record of 275! Stay tuned man this is only the beginning😤ps: I know I need a haircut😂

It’s truly crazy how much you could change your life in such a short amount of time. Really glad I decided to start this journey and will continue to push myself to new heights about 120lb difference between the two photos 😵‍💫
