It’s that’s time again. Tonight’s plan involves stripping the old labels off my arrows and giving them a good clean. Then need to do some browsing for spin-vanes. My current ones aren’t very strong, so I’m on the hunt for a new brand.

Another set of arrows fudged when trying to remove beiter nocks. Won’t be wasting the money on them again. 😤

Before quarantine vs now. Hairs getting a bit wild and I’m definitely more tired. The hoodie & mask have become a regular.

I approached my GP whilst at Uni to confront a BFRB related issue. The Female GP told me to get a stress ball and come back in six weeks. I left that appointment in tears, stormed out the clinic and never went back. 🏥

My archery club has started sharing pictures of us all shooting on the WhatsApp to get us excited to return to the field. It’s so damn wholesome.

Spent a good 20 minutes hunting for my pencil case this evening. Low and behold, it’s in my archery case. How long has it been there? Most likely weeks. Why? That I can’t answer.
