There are 2 X-37B vehicles, launching today is Vehicle 1. It debuted on OTV-1 in 2010, and flew OTV-3 in 2012. It was skipped for OTV-5, presumably because it was being modified to fly with a service module. It flew again on OTV-6 in 2020. In total it spend 1809 days in space.

But the roll-out of the LM-8A to Wenchang’s Commercial LC-1 is no small fanfare - there’s a large parade of staff pulling out every single CCP Party flags on display for some reason. Something that can only be seen in China these days! Via m.weibo.cn/detail/5199996…:

Close-up pic of the Tianlong-3 first stage. The white smoke-like thing is not the venting smoke, just some plastic cover. The RP-1 tanker is at bottom, white smoke should come out at top if they were loading Lox.

US Space Force has cataloged an additional payload, LIMASAT, associated with OTV-8. The orbit is secret but likely close to the 327 x 334 km x 49.5 deg of the OTV. LIMASAT is most likely a small satellite (10 to 50 kg range) ejected from OTV payload bay during first few orbits.
