Bread is a staple food we take for granted, but in some parts of Syria, it can be a life saver as they rely on bread as the cheapest and most filling food staple.

A taste of Syrian summer. We cannot wait for you to try this this new dish the Tahini Kofta served with Bewas salad of vine ripened tomatoes, parsley, red onion, sumac, pomegranate molasses and some cucumber pickles. Healthy, tasty and full of flavour.
