Merger Negotiation: The company is negotiating a merger with Hartsville Hemp Product LLC, a licensed hemp production and distribution company. The anticipated closing was scheduled for June 2024; it is now July 2024.

The delay added a Definitive Acquisition Agreement (DAA) and operating Budget, requiring multiple approvals. The merger changed to IJJ Corp's Sub-Partner Agreement; now, funding for the Promissory Note is separate from the DAA. All three are finalized and waiting on signatures.

The Roadmap is disseminated on the website: ijjc.com/roadmap/. Commencing in August 2024, we will initiate the provision of access to bi-weekly online newsletters. The registration form to receive access will be available on August 1, 2024.

This notice informs the shareholders that the merger with the Hartville hemp product expired on August 19, 2024, and will not be renewed or extended.
