I’m really realizing being productive is important for my mental health because the non stop friend activity period I had last year was so fun but mentally I definitely suffered 😭 gotta remind myself I’m not an extrovert sometimes I guess 🥲

That being said I’m lucky to have friends that even want to hang out with me!!! And I love hanging out with them!! I just need to remember to recharge 😌

At physical therapy rn and we started weight training I was like damn my therapist put a super heavy weight on my leg Turns out it was only 2kg 😭 my muscles are gone gone wtf

Finally tried the crème brûlée icecream from the konbini I’ve always wanted to try!!!! it was super yummy but now I feel gross 😂

Since I’ve been working hard lately and I finished the big video project I took a true day off today~ I spent all day doing scrapbooking since I’ve been really behind on that!! I still have more to do but I ran out of glue hahaha

Actually I wish they sold refills for glue sticks Because when I scrapbook I can easily go through 2-3 sticks and I’m throwing away a lot of plastic every time The twisting type is pretty easy to replace too since you can just stick the glue on and twist it back down
