In 2019 when we tried to tackle the future of the East Bank, Save CII wailed and gnashed their teeth about all the amazing ideas that people were ignoring. Well it’s 5 years later and we’re still crowdsourcing ideas for the library and all we’ve come up for CII is “bluer roof.”
