And you’re more caring concerning a flag than you are concerning a fellow human being. That’s inhumane, tragic and unjust. That’s dangerous for Black people and deadly for #GeorgeFloyd.

Take a breath, family. It is traumatizing to be living through a global pandemic and living through the viciousness of racism at the same time. Racism, alone, is a tragic reality. Let’s remember each other. Let’s work for justice, which is both proactive and responsive.
