The law now says is that all water companies have to do is show "A progressive reduction in the adverse impacts", of their sewage dumping. Whatever any of that means. Which of the eNGOs I wonder agreed to that bullish*t.

Up until 26th Aug this year it was illegal for water companies to dump sewage like this "outside exceptional situations". On doubt local MP Cherilyn Mackrory can now tell us exactly what changed that day and why this is now legal.
