The A-LEVEL Geography students have got off to a great start for their 2 day residential field trip to Southwold.

Roman shield painting at Humanities Club tonight. After half term we will be putting them to the test as we practice some Roman army defence techniques.

The Geography field trip students will be on the way home shortly. They have had a great time data collecting at Southwold.

Hums club had a great time making Roman army helmets and swords to go with their shields.

We have been learning about Heraldry today in Humanities club. The students have been designing their own coat of arms.

Humanities club learnt about the water cycle and created a fabulous display to teach others. There will be NO CLUB next week due to Year 10 revision.

Humanities club rounded off its final meeting of the term last night. The terms focus has seen the students undertake a research project on Black History. Next term we will be back with a focus on the environment. Look out for details of when and where we will be back here. #shs
