On June 26, HSI Philadelphia, DHS Office of Inspector General, and FBI arrested Amara Dukuly, a dual U.S. and Liberian citizen, for bribery. Dukuly, a USCIS Fraud Detection/National Security Officer, allegedly took bribes to assist aliens with immigration benefits.
