In our patient who underwent surgical embolectomy due to acute leg embolism, we performed a successful endovascular intervention for the embolism that recurred in the early period. As the #IR team, we contributed to the patient’s recovery by successfully recanalized it.

We treated a patient with carotid blowout from a malignant tumor invasion and transferred from an external hospital after a challenging 5-hour journey. We controlled the bleeding by jailing a coil catheter in the ECA, placing a graft stent in the ICA-CCA, and coiling the ECA. #IR
