Housing Secretary Shona Robison MSP officially opened the Wheatley Group East development. The new development, supported by over £9.5 million of @ScotGov funding, consists of 146 homes for social and midmarket rent, including homes to support older tenants to live independently.

Tenants’ Rights Minister patrickharvie visited ShireHA to see the work carried out to improve the energy efficiency of their homes, support tenants and local communities. The work highlights social landlords investing rental income in warmer homes which are cheaper to heat.
