At its annual Scholarship & Awards Luncheon, the Hoover Service Club awarded $49,000 in scholarships to nine exceptional seniors from Hoover High School & Spain Park H.S.! Community Service, Academic, & Citizenship Awards were also given to two seniors and six middle schoolers! #congrats

The Hoover Board of Education will hold its regular board meeting on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Farr Administration Building/Central Office, located at 2810 Metropolitan Way, Hoover 35243.

RC3’s Francisco Rojas Carrillo received the “Citizens Award of Merit” from the Hoover Fire Department for his heroic actions in saving a life, with Lt. Jeff Otwell, Lt. Landon Johnson, and Molly Applegate speaking and recognizing Francisco.
