Have any ST received palace away?

My palace ticket hasn’t turned up that a mate (also ST holder) is meant to use this weekend. I cannot pick the duplicate up from the away ticket office as I am away and Chelsea are saying he cannot pick it up as not in his name. Any ideas how to get ticket?
