Today we are in Paicho training our staff members on crucial policies that we have as an organization. This includes child protection, conflict of interest, confidentiality, fraud, & negligence among others because a knowledgeable workforce delivers their mandate satisfactorily.

What a joy to see the first batch of agricultural skills trainees on our farm doing their DIT assessment today. Can't wait to celebrate their transformation as they finish and return home to put to use the skills they learned during their four-month stay with us.

Before we end the day, we would like to wish our own Isaac Opio a happy birthday. Thank you for being a part of the transformation journey of young people in Gulu and northern Uganda despite all the challenges we encounter while doing the hard work.
